Fun Fact: My middle name is Briana. I am pretty sure that by the end of the wedding I will spell Brianna’s name wrong at least once because our names are so similar! Anywho: Verrado. If you haven’t heard of Verrado is it a community in Buckeye nestled next to Skyline Regional Park. This was my first time ever hearing about Verrado, much less going there. So, I was pretty excited at the chance to shoot somewhere new when Brianna & Branden wanted to do their engagement session there. Driving into this community felt like I was driving into a town from a Hollywood movie. Something of a mix between The Truman Show and a small mountain town. Just to set the stage a bit more: there are 72 parks in Verrado and over 17,065 trees and I saw multiple people jogging around their neighborhoods.
We met up in the downtown area and headed to one of the many parks. There we found a beautiful lattice covered in bougainvillea. So you know I had to play around with the greenery the bougainvillea provided. We grabbed another few pictures with the amazing patio structure and started our trek back to the cars for an outfit change. As we were heading back the sun was setting with the mountains in the distant background. We got some amazing silhouette photos of the two of them with the sunset colored clouds in the backdrop.
It was then time for an outfit change! Brianna and Branden love to go to sporting events together, so you know we had to get some pictures with their jerseys. Branden is a huge Broncos fan, so I made sure to get a close up of the ring with his team name in the background.
