You guys, my couple took me on a BOAT to take their engagement pictures!  It has been on some time since I have been on a faster boat.  And this is a little fishing boat, not like a speed boat, so I am probably making a bigger deal out of this than it is.  But how awesome is it that they took me on a boat?!

Brittany and Dustin love being in the outdoors together and Saguaro Lake is their jam.  I have been new Saguaro Lake before, but never actually to it.  This place is beautiful!  And I can get there in my Prius!  Double win!!

When I got there, I promptly jumped in their boat and we took off.  Well almost, they were so thoughtful to bring an extra jacket for me.  Which is a good thing, because it has been so long since I have been on a fast boat that I forgot that it is pretty cold with the wind in your face and the chilling mist from the boat cutting through the water.  I felt pretty silly forgetting a jacket, after all I am always cold!  But its all good, because they had me covered, literally!

They took me to a cove that had everything I could ask for and more!  There was beautiful desert landscapes, saguaro cacti as tall as houses, craning trees, reeds, and a sandy beach!  You can bet we took full advantage of all of it.

Brittany and Dustin spend a lot of time out fishing together on the boat, so we made sure to get pictures of them with the boat that is so special to them.  With Dustin being a duck hunter, I made sure that we got pictures in front of the reeds and with ducks in the lake behind them!  We had a blast wondering around the area finding spur of the moment locations to take pictures.  Once we were satisfied, we road of into the dusk toward the docs.
