Aimee and Dustin are from Las Vegas and were getting married in Flagstaff. When they hired me to photograph their wedding, we quickly started planning out their engagement session. We wanted to meet in the middle somewhere, so they choose Sedona. Aimee brought up the idea of Merry Go Round. They had visited on a previous trip and absolutely loved it. I was down, but knew my Prius would not make it up that crazy dirt road. So, we made a plan to meet at a parking lot on the pavement and I jumped in their Tacoma to head up the trail. We had a lot of fun hiking around and exploring the area. Then, we finally made our way to the iconic Merry Go Round spot, just in time for sunset.
