There are so many things that can happy on a wedding day. From bad breath from lunch time snacks to split zippers on bridesmaid’s dresses. You cannot prevent or plan for everything, but a Wedding Day Emergency Kit can help! There are plenty of people who sell pre-made wedding day emergency kits! And they are hella cute! But if you are looking to DIY yours, here is a great list of things to include.

Whew. I know that sounds like a lot. But, you probably have most of the stuff (at least in the toiletries section) in your bathroom! Now you just need to find something to put it all in. I suggest organizing the items into sections (like i did above). You can get a caboodle (do they still make those?!) and sort everything there. Or even a fishing tackle box! Or you can just use the bag system. Toiletries in on bag, medicine/first aid in another, clothing in another. I suggest using the clear gallon bags or printing a label of what in in each mini-bag so you can find everything easily. Then put all those small bags in a super cute tote!
If this still seems like a whole heck of a lot, ask your wedding planner and photographer if they have an emergency kit. That can significantly reduce the number of items you need to bring. You can also outsource this task to your maid of honor!
