This Thanksgiving I wanted to pop in and say what I am thankful for this year! So lets jump into it so I can jump into a plate of food!
- My dearest husband, Josh. There is not enough words to express how thankful I am for this dude. He is my best friend, my number one person who can make me laugh, and he supports me and my dreams endlessly.
- Our pets: Stormy, Fawkes, and Bella. They have all the cuddles for me and consistently put a smile on my face.
- My family. I may not have the most traditional family, but I wouldn’t trade this patchwork quilt of mine for anything.
- Audiobooks. Basically the only way I have gotten any reading done in the past year. I listen to everything from Harry Potter to The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. Saves my mind on many long trips to and from weddings and destination engagement sessions!
- Netflix and Hulu. This may seem like a silly one, but I am seriously thankful for these two apps. 1. They are so much cheaper than able. We are able to use the money we save for so many other fun things to do. 2. We don’t spend as much time in front of the TV. Believe me, we still have our binge days. But we are so much more intentional when we are watching TV and less likely to spend a day watching re-runs of cutest pets.
- Hiking. Nature, being active, seeing animals in the wild, spending time with my husband. What could be better?
- Dutch Bros. 16 ounce blended caramelizer, no whip (aka 16 ounce caramelizer freeze, naked). When I need a energy boost or a mood pick me up, Dutch Bros is always there for me.
- Harry Potter. Of course this is on the list! Thank you Jo for giving me a fantasy world that has given me an instant connection point with so many people I meet! And for all the years of amazing stories! And the magic and wonder!
- My clients. It still blows my mind that I find the most amazing clients who trust me to document one of the most important days in their life. I seriously love all of my clients and demand that we stay in touch for all the years to come!
- You! Thank you so much for reading this. Sometimes I feel like I am just talking into an abyss. It means the world to me that you took this time to get to know me a little better!
